    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some MacBook Pro computers have SD card slots. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully yours has one and so you could use that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, I would recommend getting a dedicated card reader. &amp;nbsp; They are fairly inexpensive and will work great in cases where the computer fails to recognize a camera connected via USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do be careful though to get the correct type of connector on the card reader. &amp;nbsp;What specific MacBook Pro model/year do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Power Shot ELPH 190 IS that is 2-3 years old. I want to transfer photos from the camera to my MacBook Pro computer. I do not have any connecting cables, instructions or other devices to do the transfer.
