    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Andrew and welcome to the forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would help to know what kind of computer and operating system you are using.&amp;nbsp; If you are using a Windows system (and some Macs) it is far simpler, faster, and more reliable to turn your camera off, remove the card and use a card reader (built-in or via USB) to download to the computer.&amp;nbsp; Just remember that once you have copied the files across, in a WIndows machine, to use the Eject feature in File Manager to release the software connections to the card, then you can remove it and put it back in&amp;nbsp; your camera to format the card clean and your are ready for your next shoot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
