topic a4000is screen looks fuzzy in Point & Shoot Digital Cameras

I bought a4000is week ago. Why the screen looks fuzzy in all the modes(atuo, p, etc.) before shooting? It is even more fuzzy in vivid mode. All use auto setting. But the pic is clear after taking the shoot. Is this defect product? any suggestion? Thx.

Hi nexx!

What you are probably seeing is out of focus. When you take a picture, the camera autofocuses first, which explains why everything looks fine afterward. Try pressing the shutter button down halfway to trigger the autofocus and you should see the live image on the LCD start to clear up as the subject is brought into focus.

If this is a time sensitive-matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.
