      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recent&amp;nbsp;Canon SD960 IS purchase. &amp;nbsp;When using 16mb or 32mb cards, the camera indicates "card error". &amp;nbsp;The format option is "greyed out". &amp;nbsp;Tried several different cards, including Canon EOM. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it the right kind of card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Untitled.jpg" style="width: 557px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33311iD1CF3C8CF215BC6A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Untitled.jpg" alt="Untitled.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure the write protect tab is not set to protect. If it is not, the little sensor in the card compartment may be faulty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure they are full size SD cards, not the micro-SD cards that use plastic adapters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
