      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I apologize if this has been asked and answered, but since I have gotten my new PC (now Windows 10 from Win 8.1) my camera can't find my PC even though all of my router, IP, subnet mask is all correct. I downloaded image.Canon and I see that my camera is set up and connected.&amp;nbsp; It just won't communicate with my new PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I missing some key software or setting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you all in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The camera is probably looking for your old computer’s MAC address. Delete all configurations and create a new one.</description>

      <description>Hence my original question. I know nothing, so I have no idea how to respond to your statement about telling the computer to do something. If there were step by step instructions, for example do this, download this, connect this etc, it would be far more helpful.</description>

      <description>Canon connect appears to only work with my phone not my PC right? My connection issue was just my PC but now that I have reset all, none of it accessible and It won't recognize my phone either so now none of it works!</description>
