Really weird. I tried to insert my NB-11LH Battery into my CB-2LV charger and it would no longer fit.

Do these batteries go bad and maybe change size??

I tried canon support but could not reach anyone.

Batteries can indeed swell. If that's the case, do take proper precautions and look to properly dispose of it.
