Up until about a week ago my SD card would upload pictures as a file from the day the photos were taken (2020-12-22). Since that time the pictures have uploaded but only as INDIVIDUAL PICTURES. In tools menu it is set and reset at DAILY but still the problem. I have RESET ALL but that has not helped. I bought this camera a couple years ago as refurbished from Canon but I cannot find the serial number and only my previous CANON camera is listed on my account. Can anyone HELP ME?!

Check the EXIF data from your photos taken with this camera. I believe you'll find the camera's serial number listed there.

Did you buy the camera directly from Canon or from a third-party vendor?

There was no serial number listed on EXIF Data. Yes, I did purchase the camera directly from Canon.
