Are there any video tutorials for the powershot SX50HS? Manuel can be very confusing.

For example how do you turn off white balance once you set it? There is no answer.

Also I can not get into Gateway image, both Explorer & Firefox have disabled java. Any suggestions?

By turn off White Balance you meant turn off the display of WB off the screen right. I don't have the SX50HS, but on Canon camera, normally just press the DISP button, it will clear the screen.

Hi Phillyburbs,

We don't have any specific videos for the PowerShot SX50 IS, but do do have a lot of information available online, through the Canon Digital Learnng Center.

Pressing the <DISP> button on the back of the camera will indeed make most of the displays disappear, as you cycle through the various functions. Going into the <FUNC> Menu will allow you to make changes to the camera's set White Balance.

With regards to Image Gateway, ensure that you are using the correct Canon Account login information and the correct web address. You may also want to try clearing the cache on the browser and deleting temporary internet files.
