Powershot Sx740hs and webcam

Hey there everyone , my granpa just gave me its Canon camera , so i was tryinh to check around if could use it as a streaming tool .
I tried everything, 3rd party softwares , usb cable , android emulator to use canon control device and then capturing the screen and using it as a webcam but it's not working , so here i am , asking if any of you have a solution , my camera is a Powershot Sx740hs .

The camera will not function as a streaming tool. Many people have tried without success, and complain about it.

Weird thing is , i was able to connect is through a 3rd party app , but the preview was really laggy , maybe that's how the preview works ?
And i add to connect my pc to the Powershot and not Powershot to pc , so if i do that i can't connect to internet while using the access point function ..
Is there any news regarding its future eventual compatibility with veta software ?
