Hi -

I have a Canon PowerShot SX20is. It is connected to my Windows 10 laptop and is visible in File Explorer. However, when I click on it to download photos from the camera to the laptop, I get a message that no files are found. I clicked on the SX20is in Explorer, opened the drive and went to the DCIM folder, and it says it is empty.

I have installed the ImageBrowser EX software and tried it that way, too, to no avail.

I have viewed the images on the camera, so I know they are there.

Please advise what to do. Thank you.

Sandy
