However, when I downloaded my video editing software, it needed me to update my macbook in order to use the app - after having updated to the latest software so that I could edit my content, the image transfer utility and all other folders that were automatically put on my desktop by canon are no longer able to be used. I have done some research and it is because canon does not have an up to date version of these facilities that are compatible with my macbook.
