I've only had it for a year or so, and I haven't damaged it at all, so I am wondering why it's malffunctioning. Has anyone had the same issue? Is it possible I just need a new battery?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi chocomags,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there may be some electrical or mechanical malfunction internal to the camera. A new battery may not resolve the issue, but if you have a camera shop nearby that has a model which uses the same battery it is certainly worth trying a second battery out just in case.
