Greetings,

I've recently dusted off my Sx40 HS to shoot some video. All the audio is crackly, even when I'm filming only silence.

Any thoughts/suggestions/fixes?

Hi Max. How long ago and on what PC were you happy with the Audio output? Can you Preview the Audio on the SX40? Does it sound the same?

OK, crackly Audio sounds like a issue/difference in Audio Sampling. Are you sampling on a different machine?
