    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my wife just bought an ELPH 190IS, and we cannot connect to our Win10 machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The Canon utility says it set the WIndows machine's WiFi settings correctly&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The camera connects to our home network and says it can see the machine as an access point&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I tell the machine to "add device" and it sees the camera&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I select the camera, and a few seconds later it confirms connection, it looks like an active device in machine settings, andI the "what should Windows do with this device" appears&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If I immediately start the CameraWindow app, it opens and looks like it's ready to go&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;2 seconds later the app displays "camera disconnected, app will now close"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If I attempt to reconnect the camera using the WiFi button, it sits &amp;amp; thinks for a few minutes and then says it can't find an access point&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem is similar to one whose resolution is at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/PowerShot/Powershot-G7XII-wifi-connection-Windows10/m-p/197918" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/PowerShot/Powershot-G7XII-wifi-connection-Windows10/m-p/197918&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but these steps &lt;STRONG&gt;do not&lt;/STRONG&gt; resolve issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I confirmed my Win10 machine has the Windows Media Feature Pack appropriate for the build (1803), and restarted the machine after installing the Canon software and having it set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We really do not want to have to fiddle with USB cables or SD cards every time we want to get photots onto the Win machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
