Okay...I have home Wifi. The camera picks up on the network just fine, but can't see either my laptop or my desktop. Funnily enough, they can see the camera when I click on add a new device. Click on the canon camera icon and it asks for a PIN number for the camera. Both computers are running windows 10.

I tried calling Canon support. Someone was on the phone with me, but couldn't get the camera to work after trying numerous suggestions. At the end, I was asked whether I was running my network at 2.4 GHz. I wasn't sure. I though it could do both, but wasn't sure. I thought I was on 5 GHz and the agent thought that was the issue as the cameras need 2.4, but we didn't actually check my Wifi network speed. He ended the call on that note. I contacted my ISP and they told me I need a dual band router...but that's what I have. So, they said I could run either speed on their network and to look at my current connection. When I found it...it was running at 2.4 GHz.

If the camera malfunctioning? Or is there some little tweak that will connect it?

Why doesn't Canon include a USB cable with the camera? Why? Seriously. Why?
