POWERSHOT SX 720 doesn't connect to Macbook Air El Captain

Hi there,

I tried to connect my Canon SX 720 Powershot using wifi and cable as well but it looks like IOS El Captain system doesn't recognize the camera...

Seems hard to find also the Image Sync software... How did you fix the problem?

Thanks for posting.

You may access the software, for your camera, by clicking here. Once on our site, scroll down to "PowerShot SX720 HS, just below camera images, then click on "Drivers & Downloads".

To transfer images to a Mac using Sierra, you must use the Image Sync method for the wireless transfer of images. For a step-by-step guide for this method, please click here. Once on our page, scroll down to "Image Sync Usage and Setting Procedures (Optional)".

File Sharing must be checked. To make sure this is the case, open the Apple Menu, choose "System Preferences" and then, "Sharing". Make sure there's a checkmark in front of "File Sharing".
