how to turn on continuous shooting SX40

Does anybody know how to turn this on? I managed to do this once today by mistake. It got turned off, and now I can't find it anywhere so it can be turned back on. I've looked through all settings and modes, but am missing something.

Help! My son graduates tommorow and I want to have this figured out
