Connection Failed Powershot SX620 HS

Brand new camera. Following instructions to down load pictures. Goes thru all the information to establish the connection and it comes up connection failed. Suggestions?

I would suggest that you give a better description of the problem.

Try to provide enough information so that someone else can try to reproduce your issue. Be sure to include all of the mission critical information llike: are you attempting a Wi-Fi or USB connection; what PC or MAC OS you are using; what “instructions” are you following.

Simply declaring that it “does not work” or “if failed” does not tell other forum members much about your problem. Try your best to [help] someone to help you. Please, provide more details of the problem. We cannot see what you are doing.
