How about a GX board?

Anyway, I'm having trouble transferring movies from my GX9 to my PC. I tried CaneraWindow, it won't connect. I took the SD card out and transferred the files to my PC and they won't play sound. I tried to play the movies on the card from the PC and still, no sound. I know there is ound there because when I play the files in the camera, I can clearly hear it.

Is there a special CODEC for this file type?

HELP!!!!!

On your computer lower right you will see speaker icon-click it and adjust the volume.

If no sound - upgrade your sound card driver. Also see your device sound video and game controller ( windows 10).
