RAW format on SD870 IS

I need to take some photos in RAW format for a project. Normally my SD870 IS provides me, as you all know, JPEG format. Wikipedia tells me that the SD870 IS does support taking photos in RAW format. I can't find anything in the manual about this. CAn anyone tell me how to do this?

I don't think it does shoot RAW. There is no mention of it in the specs. Sometimes the Internet is wrong. 8^).

It doesn't. I have one of these in my closet. 10 yrs old. Still works great. Supports JPEG 640x480 - 3264x2448 in Normal, Fine and Super Fine compression.
