G7X flash not working

Button to select flash mode not working. Flash is raised and compatible camera modes are set.
It is always off. No way to put it Auto or Forced .
Has anyone had this same problem ?

Thanks for posting.

So we may better assist you, please let us know the mode that you're using. Also, does this occur when you're shooting in one of the camera's "Creative" modes, such as "P", "Tv", "Av" or "M"?

I had tried in several modes and it did not work. However, after a few days it started working again.
