camera turning off.

I had manufactor of computr do a diagnostic chcking.

The same trouble persist as connected Board before.

With camera connected to commputer via cable to dowload picture, ect. and on button is pressed to to start dowloading it turns itself off.

I tried same procedure in anothe computer and it downloaded picures that were in camera.

Canon power shot sx150is W7

If I was you, and that is the only problem with the camera, just get a card reader. Your computer may already have one.

Wil lhave to look.

But. This camera same is my old one and is app. 6 weeks old.

Old one downloaded over 400 pictures to picasa overtime, with no trouble, and finding old camera has sam problem

I just wondere why both cameras o k on aother computer and not mine.

Bu,t If do not find the cardreader will by one and hope that owloading as before.

Takeing your advice bought and installed a card reader.

it takes a couple extra clicks but it does downloading.
