Powershot sx510 hs lcd screen not working, but camera takes pics.

Powershot sx510 was fine and picked up to use one day and LCD screen will not display anything. The screen is black. The camera still takes pictures. I took pics and verified by transferring sd card to computer. Help!!! ????

Maybe th LCD brigthness is turned all the way down try holding down the Display button for at least 1 second which will set the LCD to max brigthness.

I've also heard where polorized sunglasses can make the LCD look black too

Can you see anything on it like the Menu/Settings screen?
