&lt;P&gt;The White-faced Ibis is a medium size wading bird with a 3-foot wingspan.&amp;nbsp; They can be found feeding in large flocks from just a few birds up to 10,000 birds.&amp;nbsp; This one was a lone wolf that I spotted on the beach of South Lake Tahoe while on vacation.&amp;nbsp; They're 23 inches in length and weigh 1.3 lbs.&amp;nbsp; White-faced Ibis are found in marshes across the Western United States, Mexico, and parts of South America, including southeastern Brazil and Argentina.&amp;nbsp; They typically breed in these regions and migrate south for the winter to areas like Southern California and Louisiana.&lt;/P&gt;
