Photography for our city's international airport.

I'm pretty proud that my photography is a part of this multi-million dollar airport expansion project... in June 2025 the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids opened the new Club GRR which is an executive lounge for airline passengers. I've been working with a designer out of Fort Worth, Texas. They have been doing the design work for the lounge, and have purchased three large pano prints of mine... 30 inches tall by 7 feet long.

The lighthouse photo was taken with the Canon R6 Mk ll and a 40 year old film era manual focus lens, a Helios 44M-4, 58mm f/2.

The infrared beach photo was taken with the Canon R8 and a RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 lens, and a 590nm infrared lens filter.

The sunset was taken with the Canon R6 Mk ll and a RF 35mm f/1.8 lens.

Thank you, Danny! That's the detail that caught the clients eye that made them think they needed a third photo instead of the original two. Simply a 30 second exposure at sunset.
