Fashion Portraits Expressing Love With 70's Nostalgia

A passion projected to express love through the vibes of the 70's. Our team went on-site to a location to create this set. This passion project was the first project that I shot using my new camera and tethering.

We used earth tones to bring out a calm, fresh feel.

Expressing love through storytelling of a couple that loves one another, no matter what is going on in their lives. Coming together for calm and reset is the beauty of their love.

Note: The models are not a real couple. This project tells the story of a loving couple in the 70s.

Love the attention to detail with your location! The woodgrain cabinet on the TV and that surprisingly large ashtray are little touches that make it feel real. I don't consider myself that old and I missed out on the 70s, but I still remember TVs like that being in people's houses and ashtrays being ubiquitous in my childhood.

This comment is all love, you did a magnificent job in capturing the vibe. I wanted to initially hate the overt yellow tones but they WORK. And frankly, that's a feat in itself. Really fun work in absolutely re-creating a total mood. Location, models, the looks - all of it flow impeccably.

I really like the color pallet / tone of the photos! The color temperature (as I recall it) is pretty much spot on for print film of the era.
