LrC denoise on RAW images is very good.

I originally bought my camera the <LI-PRODUCT title="EOS Rebel T7 EF-S 18-55mm IS II Kit" id="eosrebelt7kit"></LI-PRODUCT> and the lens Rokinon 135mm 2.0 for astrophotography. Unfortunately, living in high light pollution with a combination of bad weather I barely ever used it. One day I decided to go back out and capture some birds. Now I understand the reach with focal length with this particular lens is almost impossible however with a little cropping and stealth I was able to capture the clarity and composition I wanted. This was shot at 135mm, F/F2.8, 1/2000s, ISO 500. One thing to point out is that the camera doesn't handle ISO very well past 800 without some heavy denoise. Anyway, I am very please to have found a new purpose and look forward to sharing many more photos with my set up.

Thank you John! I've learned so much with the T7 and I feel overall its a perfect entry level camera. Im honestly ready to move to a mirrorless now that I'm more focused on Wildlife. Thanks for the reply! Cheers!

What editing software are you using? Lightroom Classic denies is good. If you aren't into the LrC subscription model then there are a number of third party denoise products. DxO, On One, Topaz.

Hey John, im currently using LrC for most of my photo editing and also occasionally Photoshop with Topaz denoise. For my astro photos I use NoiseXterminator via RC Astro.
