    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi stateshi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Were you faxing from the document feeder, or from the platen?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Were any of the originals of reflective or glossy media?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;About how many pages were being faxed?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Were the blank pages focused on one end of the fax (first few, last few, a clump in the middle) or were they seemingly random throughout the pages sent?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you scanning across a POTS / landline system, or through a digital / VoIP phone system?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The answers to these questions can help us determine what the cause is and, thus, what solutions will help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon Imageclass MF6590&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im having the inconvenience when faxing several pages ( all of them with information) some of them are received in Blank (No information at all) . Does anybody have seen this casae? how can we corrected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
