      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a new Canon 7570 III scanning to email all working fine, but the attachment is an Outlook Item with a PDF inside. How do I attach the PDF to theemail and not inside an Outlook Item?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 3 Image Runners&amp;nbsp;all sending mail through Office 365.&amp;nbsp; Received messages contain a .PDF attachment.&amp;nbsp; As&amp;nbsp;expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you describe&amp;nbsp;your email configuration.&amp;nbsp; In my experience, recived messages don't&amp;nbsp;contain an&amp;nbsp;Outlook Mail item with an embedded attachment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon has excellent reseller support for your printer if you can't figure it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
