    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greertings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please tell us more about your environment.&amp;nbsp; How is the printer connected?&amp;nbsp; To a network, to your your computer via USB, etc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New drivers&amp;nbsp;specifically for catalina were released last month on the 26th.&amp;nbsp; Please confirm you are using them before you start troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp; If neccessary, remove the printer and uninstall all old drivers, then reinstall using (10.15) compatible drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/color-laser/canon-color-imageclass-mf642cdw?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;MF642CDW&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Image Class Color MF642C is offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was printing successfully &amp;nbsp;from my Mac Pro using MacOS Catalina 10.15 and went to do a second page and my printer said it was offline. I turned power off and unpluged printer then plugged in and powered on with no results. Also powered off computer and powered back up. Still no success. This is less than a month old and not sure how to solve problem!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
