    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because I have several different files, please send me the exact files I need to install.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also want to be able to scan from within Adobe Acrobat X (which it is currently set up to do - - and, is currently only scanning ONE side).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Patrice,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response to "raghu"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- -&amp;nbsp;But, can that same solution also be used for the MF634cdw ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything was working fine, but, recently the unit only scans 1 side, even though BOTH SIDES is selected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I had problems setting up because my new laptop does not have a DVD drive (very inconvenient).&amp;nbsp; So, I had to obtain the files from the Canon website.&amp;nbsp; Also, I accessed the unit via the IP website, and even though I am very computer savvy, was not particularly easy to utilize.&amp;nbsp; If I had been able to use the DVD for set-up, would that method have prevented this from becoming a problem ??&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, EdwardsCanon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same steps for correcting 2-sided scanning for the MF733Cdw should work for the MF634Cdw.&amp;nbsp; Remove the scanner drivers, restart the computer if prompted, and then re-run the scanner driver installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding the WiFi setup, the setup without the CD is roughly the same as with it.&amp;nbsp; Accessing the printer's options over the network using the printer's IP address is generally only needed for the Google Cloud Print setup.&amp;nbsp; The remaining options are maintenance actions otherwise available through the printer's driver or maintenance utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need immediate assistance with this issue, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
