    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A pink cast on the entire output usually indicates double color management.&amp;nbsp; If only on the edges, something is probably dirty.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like your magenta toner has spilled inside the device.&amp;nbsp; Q-Tips, Cotton balls and isoprophyl alcohol might help.&amp;nbsp; You wil need to inspect the device, paper feed, duplexer and&amp;nbsp;output rollers for the source.&amp;nbsp; Also check the roller in the magenta toner itself.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I print, the pages come out with about a 1in margin of the magenta!? &amp;nbsp;Some reason I cant add the photo...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has any one else had this issue? &amp;nbsp;how do I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
