MB2320 prints wavy lines and horizontal lines on text

My print copies are coming out with wavy letters and horizontal lines on text. I have tried the automatic print alignment and doing the manual print head alignment without success. Any other suggestions?

You can try cleaning the encoder( timing ) strip in the printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
