    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our questions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What model printer..&amp;nbsp; 731 or 733 (CDw)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What OS are you running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Driver version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see drivers for Windows 10&amp;nbsp;and MAC &amp;gt; 10.15 (for 733CDw example)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is the printer connected?&amp;nbsp; Wirelessly, Ethernet, USB?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Printer just stops</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Canon MF731/733.&amp;nbsp; From day 1 I have had the same issue.&amp;nbsp; Everything will be printing just fine and then it will just stop for no reason.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea why it does this.&amp;nbsp; The printer says "suspended" then when I go into the utility there is an error but it doesn't say what it is and it doesn't let you fix anything.&amp;nbsp; I have to shut the printer down then turn it back on and reprint my documents.&amp;nbsp; Why does it do this and how do I fix it when it does besides shutting it down?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
