    <description>&lt;P&gt;MB2320 is going through the motions...&amp;nbsp; sometimes it will print but is very very faint...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New ink cartridges installed (multiple times)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No error messages...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same problem whether it's from a Windows device or Mac...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi MyBrokenJeep,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please perform 2 deep cleanings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Swipe the HOME screen and then tapthe wrench and screwdriver icon on your MAXIFY MB2320.&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Tap Maintenance.&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap Deep cleaning.&lt;BR /&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap Yes to clean the printhead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the cleanings have been performed, please attempt to print again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
