Canon MF244dw Jams when printing double-sided

Hello,

I am attempting to print double-sided on standard weight 8.5 x 11 paper. The paper jams after printing one side and before printing the other.

The problem started when I attempted to use 110 lb paper to print double-sided. Now I can't do any double-sided printing at all.

What should I try?

Hi Daniel.

The MF244dw only supports up to 60 lb paper. Using paper heavier than this can cause issues with the printer. You can view the supported paper at the link below:
