    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ever since the latest Windows 10 update I've been receiving the following message (code 155,0,0):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/20081iD761C286EDE875D8/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="WQl9V5P.jpg" title="WQl9V5P.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is being used via our network (not plugged in via USB).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already updated to the new drivers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chessiv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please ensure that you completely uninstalled the drivers before installing the updated drivers and MF Toolbox software. It is also recommended that you reinstall the Scan Patch. Please follow the steps at the link below to perform a complete uninstall of the drivers and software, and also the reinstalling of the patch:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART168469&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1567703649103" target="_self"&gt;Unable to scan through USB connection after windows 10 update (MF Toolbox Models)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to experience an issue, after following the steps at the link, please call us at&amp;nbsp;1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installing the patch did not help. The same error keeps popping up. plz help. I am a fan of canon printers. and so I have bought three printers. However I cannot scan from any one of them due to this same issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Alirahman.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using the &lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0169-zz-SS-enUS/contents/08010040.html#08010040" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;MF4880dw's PING command&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;and the computer's IP address to check the connection to the computer.&amp;nbsp; If any of the packets are dropped, then the MF4880dw's network connection, you'll want to move the printer closer to the access point (WiFi) or replace the network cord (Ethernet).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on your security software, you may also need to add an exception to your firewall or antivirus for the printer.&amp;nbsp; Before adding exceptions, ensure the security software has been updated.
