trouble auto-duplexing cardstock on imageCLASS MF424dw

I have a new imageCLASS MF424dw. When I autoduplex print with regular paper, it works fine, but if I try the same with cardstock (various weights) it jams. Is there a maximum paper weight that works with autoduplex?

Hi pickin_grinnin.

Automatic duplex printing is supported for paper weights between 16 lb (Plain) and 33 lb. Paper heavier than 33 lb will have to be manually printed by flipping the page to print the second side. You can view the supported paper weights at the link below:
