    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I installed the software for my MF733Cdw it put a shortcut on my desktop that says "Toner Status"&amp;nbsp; When i click on it nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; How can I get this shortcut to work.&amp;nbsp; I would like to be able to check toner level from my PC.&amp;nbsp; I am using windows 10 and connected to the printer via a wired network connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Select Custom Installation, and then select the Toner Status option to reinstall the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the program continues to not respond, please call us at&amp;nbsp;1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
