lbp6780 printer problem - Does not print excel 2010

Hi,

We are having problems with printing from Excel 2010 to this printer (details below). It prints from excel XP no problems.

Also it appears to print WORD 2010 documents ok as well. SO just a problem with excel 2010.

There are no error messages, getting the message box that 1 of 2 (for example) being printed. But does not actually print the document.

No error messages appear but on the control panel of the printer (after the print job has been sent) it just displays 'LTR'.

We are using Windows 7

Printer Name:Canon LBP6780/3580 UFR II

Try switching to the UFRII XPS driver or a PCL driver if one is available for your model.
