Maxify MB2720 not turning off automatically

I set my MB2720 printer to turn off automatically after 15 minutes of idle time, however, it is not turning off. What could be the problem?

Hi bobandmyle,

Please make sure that the setting is set correctly on the printer itself. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Turn your MAXIFY MB2720 on.

2. Swipe the Home screen and select Eco Settings.

3. Select Power Control.

4. Select Enable auto power control.

5. If the "Set the function that..." message appears, select Next.

6. Select the desired settings.

7. Select OK.
