The printer properties list A4 as the ONLY paper available. When I print using 8.5 X 11 letter paper it's creasing and smearing the toner I'm using Windows 7 Professional OS. TIA for any assistance you can provide!

Hi RLL2019.

It is recommended that you uninstall the current generic driver, and then download and install the UFR II Printer Driver V30.30. To uninstall the driver, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Windows start button, and then select Devices & Printers. Right click on the LBP610 Series, and then select Remove Device.

2. Click the Windows start button, and then select Control Panel > Programs & Features > Uninstall a Program.

3. Select the LBP610 series, and then click Uninstall.

4. Follow the prompts to uninstall the files.

5. When the uninstall has completed, restart the computer.

Once the computer is back on, click the link below to download and reinstall the driver:

UFRII_Driver_V3030_W64_usEN_02.exe
