    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having trouble getting this limiting color printing for&amp;nbsp;Remtoe Desktop users.&amp;nbsp; The RDP server (Windows Server 2008 R2) is outside our local network.&amp;nbsp; The users have this printer configured on their local desktops, so it gets redirected.&amp;nbsp; But the "Use Department ID" is unchecked and grayed out when the users connect in.&amp;nbsp; This allows the users to print in color unfettered (not what we want...only want them printing b/w).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea why those settings are grayed out and how to fix this?&amp;nbsp; I'm guessing this may be permissiosn related, since if I can login as administrator, the settings seem to work fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
