    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I have found the solution. I went to the Canon site and downloaded a new driver made in 12/18 and that seems to be the cure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think all this came about shortly after the Windows 10 update in January.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to print and the printer cycles the "Sending Fax" message, and the message that comes up on the computer is "Printer is preforming another task" It is not connected to a phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get it back to workingI have to reboot computer and unplug printer, replug, then shut it down and restart printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;</description>
