I can't figure out envelopes. Always error messages. Envelopes get stuck. I want my Brother back! Any help from someone? Just need to print a basic legal sized envelope......

I know this issue is frustrating and I will be glad to assist you. However, I would like to ask a few questions:

What are the exact measurements and weight of the envelope?
Are you using the multipurpose tray or the bottom cassette tray to print the envelope?
When you say the envelope is getting stuck, do you mean that the envelope is sealing or does it result in a paper jam?
