how do I reset my Canon imageCLASS LBP612CDW Color Laser Printer to factory setting?

All,

I recently purchased Canon imageCLASS LBP612CDW printer and we set it up wrong using department ID and now it's not working properly. We would like to start from the factory setting and set up the printer differently.

Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreicated
