Needing help printing on envelopes using a Canon Mf624cw and imac. I am attempting to print on a 5.25 by 7.25" envelope and changed the settings in pages and on the printer menu. The printer is not wanting to accept the envelope and gets "jammed" every time I attempt to print. Before this printer, I could print envelopes, photos, and double-sided. Surely, there is a simple step I am overlooking....please don't tell me I have to go back to an ink-jet printer?! 😞

So that we can best assist you, we will need to gather some more information. Please answer the questions below:

1. The 5.25" x 7.25" is not considered a standard envelope size. Did you create the custom page size of the envelope at the printer?

2. Are you loading the envelopes in the paper cassette tray, or in the manual feed slot?
