      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ctienken,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may be able to reset the function and resolve the issue by performing the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Unplug printer from the electrical outlet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Hold down the power button for 60 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Plug it back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Power it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer still wont power on and you have also tried a different outlet, the printer would need service.
