      <title>Scanning Error of MF232W</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how to scan by using MF232W.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did several times to install 'Scan Utility' in below site but it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/black-and-white-laser/imageclass-mf232w/imageclass-mf232w?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/black-and-white-laser/imageclass-mf232w/imageclass-mf232w?tab=drivers_downloads&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used win 10 and installed the driver for win 10 correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following error message appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/18080iB6F3ED531308A9DC/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Capture.PNG" title="Capture.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please answer the questions below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. What happens when you click the Software tab on the driver download page, and then click Download for the MF Scan Utility?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Which web browser are you using to download the file?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Are you saving the file before you run it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If you open your Downloads folder, do you see a plain yellow folder icon with the name: "win-mfscanutility-v1700"? If so, please open it and keep opening any other folders until you see the Setup.exe file that is listed as an Application.
