    <description>&lt;P&gt;Installed Canon MF Scan Utility on my MacBook Pro (OS X El Capitan)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't scan consistently. It would continuously throw an error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot communicate with the scanner.&lt;BR /&gt;The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error code: 600007&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot communicate with the scanner.&lt;BR /&gt;The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error code: 600104&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot scan because of the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Scanner is busy&lt;BR /&gt;- Error occurred in the scanner&lt;BR /&gt;- Scanner is in Sleep mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error code: 2100009&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would get varying errors. I ensure that the printer is awake and the scanner is ready.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm ablet to print ok, and scan via email ok. Something is preventing the connection between the utility and the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mokotoy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be glad to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please delete the scanner from the MF Scan Utility Network Scanner window, and then re-register the scanner. To delete the scanner, please follow the steps below:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. &lt;STRONG&gt;Display [Applications] in the operating system → select [Canon MF Scan Utility] in the [Canon MF Utilities] folder.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Select [Network Scanner Settings] from [Canon MF Scan Utility] in the menu bar.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Select the MF730 Series, and then click [-] at the bottom of the [Canon MF Scan Utility - Network Scanner] dialog box.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
